What is everybody doing to get ready for bow season? Besides the normal hanging stands, checking cams, and target practice.... I set a goal to get below 170 from almost 200. I am 11 pounds from 169. I ran my farthest today and finished 10k!!!

Trying to drop some weight myself but health hasn't been helping. Would like to go down another 10-20. Dropped 30-40 so far.
ReplyDeleteIm struggling. I actually enjoy running...I am going through trails and such exploring new routes all the time...Its the eating healthier thing thats killer..........Keep on pluggin!!!
